A 40-year-old motorcyclist overturned Monday evening on Route 667 near Kibbutz Merav. MDA medics and paramedics arrived at the scene and found the rider lying unconscious on the road, suffering from multiple systemic injuries. Paramedics were forced to pronounce him dead at the scene.
MDA emergency medic Daniel Musai said: "When we arrived at the scene, we saw the motorcyclist lying in the middle of the road, unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, suffering from a multi-system injury. We performed medical tests but unfortunately his injury was critical and we had to pronounce him dead."

Earlier this morning, an electric bicycle rider was hit by a vehicle on Arlozorov Street in Tel Aviv. MDA medics and paramedics gave the 20-year-old rider medical treatment and evacuated him to Ichilov Hospital in serious condition with multiple systemic injuries. MDA motorcycle medic Yoni Yosef said: "When we arrived at the scene, the injured man was lying on the road a few meters from the bicycle, he was fully conscious and had bruises all over his body, we gave him medical treatment in the field, put him in an MDA intensive care vehicle and urgently evacuated him to hospital."
