"He repeated me five or six times, stop screaming, it will last five minutes," recalls the victim accurately. Aged 19 at the time of the facts, the young woman testified this Friday before the departmental criminal court of Essonne. Already sentenced to a five-month suspended sentence in 2012 for sexual assault, the alleged perpetrator, now 41, admits some of the charges but denies raping his victim.
