On the occasion of the nine days, the Meat Time kosher restaurant, which recently opened in the Mahane Yehuda market in Jerusalem, shared with us a recipe for a sandwich with Jerusalem fish mix, which you can't stop eating.
Meat Time's Jerusalem Fish Mixed Recipe
Components
Fillet for shine
Fillet of bream
1 white
onion <> tsp. blush <> tsp. salt <>
tsp. sweet paprika
<>/<> tsp. ground black pepper <>
tablespoon mixed spice (can be found in food chains and spice stores, usually contains: paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, crystalline garlic, black pepper and sumac).

sugar <>/<> cup olive oil

Method of preparation
Slice the onion into thin slices and fry on a pan with olive oil until golden color.
Slice the fish into strips (not too thin).
Add the fish to the pan and immediately afterwards all the spices except the sugar.
Sauté the ingredients in a pan until the fish is completely ready and add a little sugar.
The dish can be eaten on a plate or in a sandwich.
We recommend incorporating it into a plate with a salad of leaves or in a sandwich with fresh vegetables.
