150 large businesses went on strike Monday morning to protest the cancellation of the reasonableness grounds and the legal reform, including the Fattal, Isrotel and Dan hotel chains. We checked with the hotels how their participation in the protest would affect the tourists who come to them, and the answer is surprising – there is almost no effect.

The Fattal hotel chain defines the work as a "Shabbat format", which will be reflected in the early closure of the reservation center, whose employees will finish work at 12:00. The chain's offices will not operate today and the administrative departments will also be closed, which in practice does not affect tourists.
The Isrotel chain is also among the chains joining the protest: the chain's reservation centers will operate at 12:00 in what the chain defined as a "Shabbat format." The company's headquarters are completely shut, but in practice – there is no real impact on the vacationers who come to the company's hotels.

The Dan Hotels chain completely closed its reservation center today – the most significant step taken by the hotel chain as part of the strike. At the same time, the offices of the network will be closed. Anyone who needs assistance in handling an existing order will be able to receive a response through call centers.
As of this writing, the three excellent chains are the only ones that joined the protest, and even that without harming tourists and vacationers. Israeli airlines are not taking part in the strike and protests, so at this stage there is no impact on those flying abroad and returning to Israel.
