The Israel Police today (Monday) filed a prosecutor's statement against a suspect, a 24-year-old resident of Holon, on suspicion of committing an indecent act on two 9-year-old girls in the elevator of their residential building.
As part of an investigation conducted by the Holon police station, a suspicion arose that a resident of the city committed an indecent act against a minor.

It is suspected that the suspect's modus operandi was to identify a minor girl and follow her on the street alone, and when she entered the building, he followed her into the building and then entered the elevator with the victim, exposing and touching the victim himself inside the elevator.

The suspect, whose detention was extended at the end of the interrogation, was brought to court again today with the submission of a prosecutor's statement against him, and in the coming days an indictment will be filed against him with a request for remand until the end of the proceedings on suspicion of an indecent act against a minor under the age of 14.
