Many airlines offer airline tickets at certain prices, but when we want to add baggage, even just a trolley – prices can jump by tens and sometimes even hundreds of percent.
A draft submitted by EU members is examining the possibility of requiring airlines to allow passengers to board the plane with a trolley so that it is included in the ticket price. The EU is calling on companies to propose an orderly and unified procedure that will allow for accurate and clear order and information about flying with Trulli, and airlines may soon be asked to do so by the EU parliament following a vote expected to be put there.

The vote will take place over the next month, and will examine procedures for transporting passenger baggage. Foreign reports state that the goal is to allow passengers to board with a reasonably weight trolley, so that it is included in the ticket price and in a transparent and clear manner.
In 2014, the European Union decided to allow passengers to board a reasonably weight cabin baggage without any additional charge. The decision was not enforced, and the matter is now being examined in order to enforce it and require airlines to allow passengers to board the plane with a trolley of a predetermined weight and on a regular basis.
The EU vote is part of a broader move expected later to simplify airfares, including seats and extras that passengers are forced to pay, causing them to reach very high amounts.
