Eden Zakaria told Israel Hayom: "Almost a month since my daughter was kidnapped. There is no progress and no results. We are told that everything is classified information and intelligence. Spread us out like margarine. I don't know anything, only that my daughter has been held captive by Hamas for three weeks. I want to see everyone who makes decisions to survive one day in Hamas captivity."

Eden's mother criticized the state, saying: "The families have not received any information. I want to know what has progressed since October 7th. I'm not asking to be told state secrets, just to be told what's going on with her. My daughter is 28 years old, a citizen of Israel. She just went to listen to music and dance, like many of the missing and abducted. She is compassionate, loves animals."

Stella Semerno from Bat Yam, whose 21-year-old grandson was kidnapped from the party, also told Israel Hayom: "My eldest grandson graduated from the army a few months ago and went dancing, they are his friends and we haven't heard from him since. We saw videos, but the army told us only ten days later that he was held captive by Hamas. We don't know details and what the army is doing with us is like cupping for the dead, we are demonstrating in front of any place that can help and hope that the Egyptians will help us."
