A rocket launched in Gaza hit a building in Tel Aviv directly on Friday, injuring one person moderately and two others lightly. In addition, the building was severely damaged.
Nava, a resident of the building next door, says: "I was cooking in the kitchen and suddenly an alarm sounded, I immediately ran to the stairs because we don't have a safe room, and then suddenly there was a crazy boom and I thought the whole building was falling. I rushed outside and saw the fire in the house next to me."

Yigal, a resident of the building that was hit: "We felt a huge explosion with tremors in the house, parts of the rocket in the house. The children were in the safe room and I ran to close the window. I usually take pictures from the balcony, and this time a miracle happened to me when I was just in the safe room. There were a few seconds of shock and then we heard screaming and crying, the apartment on the third floor of the building next to me was on fire and there was a strong smell of burnt. I was saved by a miracle, we must say the blessing of the reward."
MDA emergency medical medic Yosef Nahon said: "As soon as I heard the sirens, I entered a protected area and waited according to the instructions of the Home Front Command. A few moments later, I heard a very loud explosion, and when I went outside, I saw that it was a direct hit. I reported the incident to the MDA hotline so that medical teams could be sent to the scene.
"I removed everyone who was in the area and casualties started coming out to us, a 20-year-old man came out of the building fully conscious and suffering from head and limb injuries, we gave him medical treatment and he was evacuated in an MDA intensive care vehicle to the hospital in moderate condition. Two other injured people – a 70-year-old woman and a 40-year-old man in light condition – are being treated by MDA teams. MDA forces are on the scene securing the search of the building and are prepared to provide medical treatment if there are additional casualties."
