Big Brother resident Yuval Levy told her followers this past weekend about a medical drama she was excited about when she was diagnosed with a genetic skin disease after years of misdiagnoses. While she was hospitalized for treatment and to prevent her symptoms from worsening, she alleged medical malpractice in her case, and explained in detail what exactly she suffers from.

"The doctor said it was strep throat and antibiotics should be taken," Levy wrote from the hospital. "The next morning my rash spread all over the right side of my body, swelling into blisters with constant itching and burning. On the chest, buttocks, armpits, abdomen, shoulders. Everything. I've been suffering from a strange rash for years, and after 12 years of failed diagnoses by doctors who didn't understand what I had, I had a biopsy and was diagnosed with a rare genetic skin disease called Dreyer.

"Sound sexy? So less. The investigation was stopped due to medical negligence of the dermatology department (I will not do shaming) and so I was left with no answer. Today was the strongest outbreak of the disease I have ever experienced. A dermatologist immediately referred me to the ER and here they decided to keep me hospitalized to prevent the spread and infection and to control the spread of the outbreak, and finally end this discouraging diagnosis. So right now I'm hospitalized."

Levy later elaborated on the disease. "Dreyer is a very rare genetic disease, so it is difficult to diagnose. It is passed on in the genes from one of the parents, so one of them must be sick with Dreyer, but for me this is not the case. None of my parents have the disease. In addition, the disease manifests itself on the right side of the body and does not spread throughout the body."
