Defense Minister Yoav Galant today signed a four-month administrative detention order against Yitzhar resident and right-wing activist Ariel Danino.
The right-wing activist was arrested at his home tonight and taken first for interrogation by the Judea and Samaria Police Department, after which the administrative order was issued.
His lawyer, Nati Rom, said: "The State of Israel is in the Second War of Independence, and unfortunately the Shin Bet continues the concept and fights the brothers instead of the enemy, and continues to mark the settlers in Judea and Samaria as a target instead of acting against the Nazi enemy that is coming to destroy us. The arrest warrant was issued in a manner that misled the court and violated the law."
