Like many other worried and painful citizens of Israel, Mor Redmi has recently found herself clinging to every piece of information that comes from the media, while at the same time turning her Instagram account into an information page for the world where she shares, speaks and is interviewed in English.

On Monday, she decided to change her approach and give tips to her viewers on how to moderate news consumption and in the free time created to do something good for the body and mind.

"Just to say that I don't know how you are, but I go to bed for it and wake up to it and the first thing I do when I open my eyes is with my phone, in bed, and straight to see this whole thing and sometimes I say, 'Oh Allah, I don't have the strength for this,'" Radmi confessed. "It's talking to the walls, but just reminding myself and you that I need to take breaks. A lot of people here write it to me, I'm aware of it. I'm just a donkey who doesn't do it. You have to take breaks, you have to go for walks, you have to play sports, you have to not neglect your body during this period, even though many people make it a low priority. The body is ultimately our tool," she reminded.

She went on to talk about actions she still can't focus on, and one that actually improves her mood. "That's it, I mostly remind myself through you to eat well, eat neatly and don't neglect it. Ultimately, the body is our main tool to get through this. Walk, go out, walk around, disconnect if possible, read a book if possible. I'm the first to tell you that I open something, read each line four times and lose focus and get out of it. I found that what does this to me is to leave the house for short walks, to see where I can hide if there is an alarm."

Radmi, who posted a video of herself bursting into tears two weeks ago while reading the story of a massacre carried out by Hamas, also noted the support she enjoys around the world. "I wanted to tell you that I get messages of support from all over the world, full from India. The Indians love us very much. From Germany, Australia, Canada. So that's it, take care of yourself. We have a lot of support, take breaks, so we can continue like this. Because there's a situation where this thing is going to be long-term, so we don't have to wear ourselves out. Have as quiet a day as possible," she signed.
