Dr. Shikma Bressler, one of the leaders of the protest against the legal reform, is demanding a million shekels from a Bnei Brak resident, who she says has defamed her dozens of times on social media since Hamas terrorists invaded Israel and massacred residents of communities near the border with the Gaza Strip. In his publications, he attributed responsibility for October 7 to Bressler, arguing, among other things, that it was a terrorist that needed to be "neutralized."

Bressler's lawsuit was accompanied by various publications alleging, among other things, that she was part of "human bins" that succeeded in "destroying national security."

False and terrible statements

According to the lawsuit, Bressler has been subjected to a false incitement attack by a resident of the city for many months. One of the last highlights of this attack, in publications published by the defendant at a time when the State of Israel is still mourning the terrible massacre, and the best of its citizens and soldiers are being mobilized for the war effort, claimed that Bressler is a "terrorist living within us" who must be "neutralized, hung in the town square or prosecuted."

The defendant also claimed, among other things, that the massacre in the south was the "realization" of Bressler's "vision," and that Bressler "with her own hands and actions contributed to the terrible massacre in the south."

Among the dozens of publications, the defendant wrote that Berlesser was "willing to sacrifice the people and the nation," that she "had sex with commanders of the security forces," and "blinded them from seeing and reporting what was actually happening," that she was "dipped in the blood of the murdered, the raped, the disabled and the disabled," that she was "a danger to the security of the state's existence," and that she was a "professor of death."

In another publication, the defendant wrote: "Shikma ISIS", "Deceived Worm in the Body and Soul of the State", "Seed of Amalek", "Angel of Sabotage", "Head of the Serpent", "Viper Snake", "Flesh of Scaffolds" and "Broader than the Valley" (in parallel to the prostitute).

Most of those tweets appeared as responses to others' tweets, garnering up to a few dozen views each, according to screenshots attached to the lawsuit. The account of the defendant, an analyst who offers trading courses on the stock exchange, has only about 250 followers.

"The incomprehensible libelous publications published by the defendant, during times of fighting and mourning, indicate that the plaintiff actively acted to realize the terrible massacre carried out by a murderous terrorist organization in the communities in southern Israel," the lawsuit states. "It also emerges that the prosecutor saw the realization of the terrible massacre as a 'vision,' and was happy to realize it, because the plaintiff is herself a terrorist and a dangerous enemy that Hamas was interested in absorbing in Gaza, and that she should be prosecuted and hanged."

The lawsuit also wrote: "It seems that there is no need to explain in words the extent to which these false and terrible statements by the defendant make the plaintiff a target for hatred on the part of people and to humiliate and degrade her because of the actions and behaviors he attributed to her."
