In light of Hamas' borderline propaganda against Israeli citizens, our primary duty is to maintain moral clarity, resulting in practical adherence to the cause.
On a side note, it should be noted that the Nazis also confused many in the West 90 years ago by manipulating public opinion. The moral clarity is to remember that we are fighting for the concept of the human image, because Hamas has declared a war of annihilation both on the Jewish people and on the values it has contributed to the world – first and foremost the sanctity of life and man's duty to rise above his dark instincts.
When our soldiers destroy Hamas commanders, they will therefore remove from the world the evil that is already scattered around the globe. Moral clarity requires Hamas to immediately and unconditionally return all our people safe and sound, and the leaders of this despicable organization know this. How do we know they know?

But the PA chairman educates on terrorism, budgets it with fixed salaries, sends his ministers to attend the funerals of terrorists, and deliberately avoids condemning the atrocities in the western Negev.
Deliver a clear message
It is no coincidence that senior PLO official Hanan Ashrawi said that "Hamas constitutes 30 percent of the Palestinian public." In its eyes and that of most of the country's Arabs, the PLO and Hamas are trying to achieve the same goal, only using different tools. So Abbas is no better than Hamas. And just as Qatari money was terror money that rose up to destroy us, so every shekel Israel transfers to the Palestinian Authority is ultimately directed against us to kill us. We've been in this closed circle long enough.
Therefore, at its upcoming meeting, the political-security cabinet must adopt Finance Minister Smotrich's proposal and immediately halt the transfer of funds to the PA until it completely renounces, both practically and verbally, support for terrorism and anti-Semitism.

Moreover, the cabinet must already empower Foreign Minister Eli Cohen to convey to the world the message that the PA is not part of the solution but part of the problem. For 30 years, the West has fantasized that this failed entity will somehow make peace with Israel, even though in practice it does not miss an opportunity to miss an opportunity, including the events of October 7. Her double tongue and wordplay have been given a chance long enough. It's time to stop them, too.
