Last Saturday, a confrontation broke out near Netanya College between Jews and Arab students. At the end of Shabbat, the worshippers came to confront the Arab students. The confrontation was circulated on social media, which brought more Jews to the scene to confront the Arab students. Following the clashes, police were called to the scene. The policemen separated the two camps, which quarreled between them.
Today, as stated, the suspect was detained for questioning at the Netanya police station and in accordance with the needs of the investigation, a decision will be made regarding the request to continue his detention in court.
