The Prime Minister's Office, together with the Ministry of Social Equality, screened the IDF Spokesperson's horror film to leaders of Arab society on Tuesday evening as part of its propaganda activities. Heads of Arab local authorities, directors and directors of community centers in those authorities, media people, journalists and opinion leaders from Arab society in Israel were invited to the screening.

The screening took place at the Government Campus in Nazareth in the presence of Minister for Social Equality and Minister of Diaspora Affairs Amichai Shikli and the project for dealing with crime in Arab society, Attorney Roi Kahlon.

"Very hard to describe"

The deputy mayor of Shfar'am, Faraj Hanifas, found it difficult to speak after leaving the screening of the film. "What we saw inside is very hard to describe," he said. "You just realize that animals did it, not humans. It's very difficult."

Is it important to expose the film to more people, to more populations?

"I think so. This material, the horror that happened on October 7, needs to be exposed for people to see. The whole world is fighting for propaganda, for fake news. There are facts. What I saw was creepy. And you realize that those who did it are not human beings."

"Condemn violence"

Dr. Moran Saleh, one of the leaders of the Druze community in Israel, also attended the screening. Dr. is 28 years old from Dalit al-Carmel, and there are not seven different degrees: three degrees in Arabic language and literature, one in education, one in law, and a doctorate in criminology from the University of Haifa.

"I came as part of the Druze religious council and watched the horror film," Dr. Saleh said. "I think I leave with insights of bitter crying for those people who lost their lives. About those young people we saw in the video. About those innocent people who lose their dream all at once and suddenly turn from living, vibrant people into the painful story of a people going through a second Holocaust."

"I think that there is so much importance to this screening, which is also intended to expose Arab society to injustice, to people who lack the sane voice of humanity, and to tell the Arabs of the State of Israel that we should all join arms and condemn the violence that we have seen."

"I hope many more will see this movie. I hope it will be screened in every home in Israel and maybe we will be able to influence those people who deny and think that nothing was done and nothing happened."

There are those who are to blame for the war - and it is not Israel

Walid Khazni Miyaka, a predoctoral student in Middle Eastern studies, an entrepreneur and social activist who also strengthens social ties, came out shocked by the film.

Walid Hazana Social activist: "We need the world to see what caused this war" // Michel Mechel

"There is potential to release this film to the Arab world that will show what caused the current war," he says. After all, there is a factor that caused the war. There's a reason. To say that we caused damage to Hamas or made the mess is simply not true."

He added that it was necessary to explain to the world what happened and the war Israel is waging in Gaza. "One of the main points that needs to be discussed is the atrocities that took place on October 7. It was a war in every respect. I leave shocked by the film and I recommend that the entire Arab world see the film."
