Benediktbeuern - A drunk person in Benediktbeuern received several reports.
The 52-year-old fled from the police, resisted and later threatened doctors.
The 52-year-old man from Benediktbeuern got into an argument with his roommate around 10 p.m. on Tuesday (January 30).
He then called the emergency number.
However, before the patrol officers arrived, the 52-year-old fled on his bicycle.
A little later, the man was spotted on the cycle path next to the main road coming from Bichl towards Benediktbeuern.
“He was visibly drunk” and was supposed to be stopped, but he walked away, according to the Tölz police station.
Targeted kicks against police officers and doctors threatened
The 52-year-old was then found in the apartment of a friend in Benediktbeuern.
“Here he resisted police custody by physically blocking himself and trying to break free from the officers’ grip,” said the police.
The man repeatedly tried to injure the officers with targeted kicks.
That's not all: During the blood sample in the Bad Tölz hospital, the Benediktbeuren resident threatened and insulted two doctors on duty, showed himself to be violent and once again resisted.
Fortunately, all officers and doctors deployed were uninjured during the operation.
Several advertisements now await the man.
