After the 5-1 home win against the third-placed in the table, the mini-chance of promotion to the 3rd division lives.

FC Bayern II has to hope for mistakes from Bayreuth.

Right before the duel against the FCB U23s, Timo Rost's team has to play against fifth-placed SpVgg Unterhaching.

In addition, directly after the top game, the games against fourth-placed Illertissen and third-placed Schweinfurt await.

The last home game is against Viktoria Aschaffenburg, before the unpleasant away game at TSV Buchbach is on the program on the last day.

Stumbling is still possible despite the current super series.

The prerequisite for this is that the talents from Säbener Straße* actually win everything by the end of the season.

The small Bavarians have won all four games since the winter break.

In another season in the Regionalliga Bayern, some talents are probably no longer tenable.

Gabriel Vidovic, who scored twice against Schweinfurt and is now the Reds' top scorer following the departure of Nemanja Motika, should have little trouble finding a club in a higher division.

Under-21 national player Malik Tillman, who has already played under Julian Nagelsmann* in the Bundesliga* and Champions League* this season, could strive for higher things even if he was hoping for promotion.

Other candidates for a change or a loan deal would also be Jamie Lawrence (19), Armindo Sieb (19) or Angelo Brückner (19).
