The Israeli dormitory team lost tonight (Saturday) in the quarterfinals of the European Under-19 Championship to the strong Dutch team with a result of 8: 5.
The White Blues played great throughout the tournament and tonight, but at the end of the match the Netherlands came out with a ticket to the last four of the tournament.
The game opened with an iron defense of both teams, when the Dutch were the first to get on the board.
Tahal Levy returned with an Israeli goal that bounced off hundreds of fans in the stands, and at the end of the first quarter the result was 1: 1.
In the second quarter, the Netherlands managed to escape to a 1: 6 advantage, when Israel came without a few shooting situations but failed to score.
A minute and a half from the start of the third quarter, Dina Nemkashtensky scored and narrowed the result to 6: 2.
Half a minute later an accurate penalty by Alma Yaakovi reduced the Dutch advantage to just three goals and the result was maintained until the end of the third quarter.

At the start of the last quarter, the Netherlands scored its seventh goal, and three and a half minutes before the end, it scored another goal.
Alma Yaakovi returned with her own pair, but as mentioned it was not enough and in the end 5: 8 to the Netherlands who qualified for the quarterfinals.
Israel will play tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in the position games (5-8).
