The French men's volleyball team, Olympic champions, won the Nations League for the third time by beating the United States in the final 3 sets to 2 (25-16, 25-19, 15-25, 21-25 , 15-10) Sunday in Bologna.
Already winners of the World League (ancestor of the League of Nations) in 2015 and 2017, the Blues will now aim for the world title, the only one they miss, in a month in Poland and Slovenia (August 26-September 11).
Imperial in the first two rounds against the Americans, Earvin Ngapeth and his teammates then suffered by conceding their first sets in this final phase.
