Two games, zero points - the start of the Forstern football women failed.

Above all, the bankruptcy of the Bayernliga team came as a surprise.

Bayernliga: SpVgg Germania Ebing – FC Forstern 2:1

– Even without the injured captain Franzi Stimmer and weakened by further failures, the regional league relegated wanted to make the season opener with the Bayernliga promoted positive.

But the climber resisted the Forsterner attacks with commitment and fighting power.

The home team took the lead early on when Saskia Frembs punished a lack of attention in the FC defense (9').

It should remain the only Germania shot on goal in the first half.

Forstern quickly pocketed the goal and promptly scored a well-deserved equalizer with a penalty, which Vroni Auer safely converted (17').

Forstern pushed in the second half, but despite the overwhelming superiority and a number of good chances to score, the lead didn't succeed.

Auer had the best chance when she shook off her opponent and ran alone towards the Ebinger Tor, but missed this good scoring chance.

Further opportunities opened up, but the necessary self-confidence was also lacking.

On the other hand, Ebinger's attacks were mostly intercepted in front of the penalty area.

Forstern's goalkeeper Lilly Koch remained almost unemployed.

Nevertheless, Forstern's team didn't get a point, because five minutes before the end of the game, the promoted team made their second dangerous move.

Hannah Zahn promptly managed to take the lead in Ebingen (85').

In the remaining minutes, the Ebinger played successfully for time and also made two substitutions, while Forstern's team went away empty-handed despite their superiority.

Forstern's coach Sebastian Wiese was disappointed because he saw the defeat as "unfortunate and undeserved", but in the upcoming game against Aibling he wants to "attack again and get the first three."

Landesliga: FC Forstern 2 – FC Passau 1:4 –

The promoted team kept up against the runners-up for an hour, but then had nothing to add in the last half hour.

The guest started with his well-rehearsed team, had a playful advantage in midfield and in attack with the powerful striker Franziska Philipp, who scored after five minutes to lead the guest, a constant source of danger.

Forstern initially remained unimpressed, because shortly afterwards Johanna Stadler equalized with a surprising shot from distance (9th).

The Passau women always played quickly through midfield and sent their nimble wingers down the wings, which Forstern defended well.

Katharina Obermair prevented many attacks with her good positional play.

Steep passes also had no effect, because Sofia Baumgartner got the most balls.

But after the change, the game turned in favor of the guests from Lower Bavaria.

Obermair remained injured in the dressing room, and thus the ordering hand in the Forstern defense was missing.

A long-range shot from Philipp fell behind Forsterner keeper Tine Kneissl, who was a little too far in front of her goal (60th).

Although Forstern also tried to equalize in the period that followed, the few opportunities were not consistently used.

Elena Schmid's 3:1 fifteen minutes before the end was the decision.

Shortly before the end, Julia Müller made it 4:1.

The guests' victory was deserved, and Passau underlined its promotion ambitions.
