The People's Assembly, in its fourth session of the 11th ordinary session of the second legislative session held today under the chairmanship of Speaker Hamouda Sabbagh, continued to discuss the articles of the draft law on the State Council.

The Council completed the discussion of the articles of Chapter III, including the duties of the judges of the Council of State, in addition to discussing the articles of judicial inspection in terms of its organizational structure and its work and the work of judicial inspectors. Those who have been immune from transfer or dismissal without disciplinary route shall enjoy all the guarantees and privileges prescribed for the judges in addition to discussing the leave of the judges of the Council and their termination. The Council also discussed the articles related to the disciplinary council concerned with the trial of the judges of the State Council. Setting special conditions commensurate with the requirements of the work of the Council.

The People's Assembly returned Article 118 on the application of the provisions of the Basic Law of State Workers to the workers of the Council to study them and prepare the necessary report thereon. When article 122.
