The owner of Huaji Tea Restaurant and Facebook’s “Hua Kee Zheng Energy” pager Yang Guanhua, after being accused of holding an illegal assembly in Singapore for more than one month, was reportedly deported by the authorities and not approved by the local immigration authorities in the future. No further access to Singapore.

Yang Guanhua held a meeting in Singapore on the 11th of last month to share his views on the demonstrations in Hong Kong. However, without the approval of the police, he violated the local Public Order Act. The authorities detained his passport and asked him to stay in the local area to assist in the investigation. Strict warnings are given.

The Straits Times reported on Wednesday (20th) that Yang Guanhua had been deported by the authorities and would not be allowed to enter Singapore without the approval of the Immigration Bureau.

The Singapore police stressed that it will not allow any assembly related to political events in other countries. If it is not approved by the police, it will violate the Public Order Act and remind passengers to abide by the law.
