Lebanese parties and forces: We reject American interference in the country's affairs

The meeting of Lebanese parties, forces, and national figures renewed its rejection of American interference, dictates, and pressures on Lebanon and its resistance.

The meeting confirmed in a statement today that the visit of the US State Department official, David Hill, to Lebanon aims to exert pressure on Lebanese officials to impose the formation of a government that will serve the American agenda contrary to the interests of the Lebanese people.

On the other hand, the meeting saw that the acts of violence and sabotage resorted to by some of the suspected and infiltrated groups in the popular movement during the past two days in central Beirut, attempts to disrupt the efforts to form a national government as soon as possible.
