A serious accident involving KMB occurred on Fanling Highway. Yesterday (18th) at 4 pm, a double-decker KMB route 978 traveled from Wan Chai North to Hualing, Fanling. However, when driving along the Fanling Highway towards Sheung Shui, it slammed into the front of the pine forest. The 56-year-old KMB bus captain was arrested for "dangerous driving causing death".

A large number of police officers also arrived at the scene to carry out investigations. Mobile unit personnel searched for evidence and seized evidence at the roadside grass.
Until 11 o'clock yesterday night, many FEHD "black box cars" arrived at the scene of the accident and the North District Hospital, and the workers delivered the dead body of the unfortunate person who died in the accident to the morgue for examination. And at around half past midnight (19th) today, the KMB trailer dragged the wreckage of the double-decker KMB involved to the Dalan Vehicle Detention Center. Earlier, some people checked the roof parts hanging from the trees. Workers cleaned up at the scene of the car accident, while the tree sawing team saw away the trees involved.
