Three months' probation, 300 hours of public benefit and a fine of NIS 4,000 - these are the lenient sentences sentenced Wednesday for two of its executives working on the construction site of Danya Cebus, where the teenager Or Felician was killed six years ago in Bnei Brak. The two, Shavit and Simcha Benzion, were convicted as part of a plea bargain for work safety offenses. Justice Eitan Kornhauser said in the hearing that "I find that the harsh phenomenon affecting construction sites in Israel and raising human lives for mornings requires a clear and unequivocal response in the criminal process. This is a letter from the state requiring the termination of the trial."
Shavit and Benzion were initially charged with responsibility for Felician's death, but the clause was deleted because of the plea bargain. The judge also said that "the offenses committed by the defendants are part of a common and difficult phenomenon at the construction sites. Failure to observe safe working conditions often results in disastrous consequences and heightens human life." He said, "The indictment was amended in the manner in which the offense of negligence was erased, but the defendants' failure to comply with the safety regulations in the amended indictment was an integral and significant part of the harsh outcome intended to prevent it."

In his ruling, the judge said the defendants' failure posed a real danger to human life, "which unfortunately in the end were blocked in this case. The consequences of such cases are of many dimensions, from the victim of non-compliance to the regulations, through his immediate environment, his family and even widespread public consequences." .
Felician was killed by a scaffold at a construction site in Bnei Brak in 2013. The incident investigation revealed that the boy was working as a window cleaner at a construction site, and apparently lost his balance and fell off the ninth floor.
