After a successful week in terms of political achievements, tomorrow morning (Tuesday) the party's election campaign will be launched. The ambition this time is to translate political success into more seats.

Likud MK MK Mickey Zohar is currently formulating a detailed activity concept, dubbed the "200,000 votes" program. At its core is the news that Likud is missing some 200,000 votes to reach the 61 mandates required to establish the right-wing government.

One hundred thousand votes are from Likud members who in the previous elections simply did not reach the ballot box, and the rest are those who "crossed the lines" to the left parties.

The latter include the so-called "soft-right" people. These are right-wing voices, for example, in parties such as Kahlon's and wandered to white-blue and Liberman: members of the Ethiopian community; Immigrants from France; Anglo-Saxons; religious; Emigrants from the Soviet Union; The periphery and quite a few non-Jewish voices.

MK Zohar proposes to focus on these populations with the help of conferences and Netanyahu's arrival in the field, focused explanation and response to the individual needs of those populations.

He believes that different populations, for example, the non-Jews, can be recruited by recruiting about 13-12 mayors like Shfaram - who support Netanyahu, and through a detailed campaign. According to MK Zohar, the Arab cities also have a large audience that does not deal with matters relating to Israel and the Palestinian issues, and what really matters to him is the economic and educational future of his children. Even where they want to live in economic well-being, it is important for them to have a living and that their children will have a good education, ”MK Zohar believes.

In front of the Ethiopian community, MK proposes explanatory field work through the mediators - Likud's new MK Gadi Jibrakan and MK Avraham Nagosa.

In the background is the promise released this week to raise a few hundred more of the Falashmura people and also the establishment of the commission to examine the work of police department investigators, in all matters related to violence against the community.

MK Zohar, according to MK Zohar, should do the main work primarily with residents of the southern periphery, many of whom did not vote because of the security situation. Extensive activity is also planned in the ultra-Orthodox, French and Anglo-Saxon sectors, as it is well known that most These populations are clearly inclined to the right. MK Zohar and the Likud believe that if the task is successful, there will be a real feasibility to obtain 61 seats to the right.

A vote for Katz immunity

Today, the Knesset committee will discuss and vote on MK Haim Katz's request for immunity. According to the latest committee committee discussion, most MKs in the committee are expected to support granting immunity to Katz. Throughout the discussions and meetings with Katz, he explained that this was a precedent in which MK was accused of criminal proceedings for work he did in the Knesset and that this was a dangerous precedent that could also hurt them.
