Regarding the damage to multiple MTR station facilities earlier, he said that he was not worried that the first phase of the Tuen Ma Line would suffer the same, because recently people are more concerned about the epidemic situation. In response to the development of the epidemic, Zheng Qunxing, general manager (special post) of the MTR Corporation, urged passengers to avoid taking the first train. Mr. Zhou then said: "The ditches are all silly!" However, he pointed out that the current fare from Diamond Hill Station to Tai Wai Station is more than 9 yuan, but the fare from Diamond Hill Station to Mong Kok for the same mile is cheaper.
