A merchant shot dead one of the four armed criminals who tried to rob him in La Matanza, while the neighbors beat another of the assailants, who was arrested.
The incident occurred this Saturday, in the streets Yanzi and Pita, of Rafael Castillo, where
a baker was with his son aboard his
parked Volkswagen Amarok
truck
.
The incident occurred when the man was surprised by two of the assailants, got out of the vehicle and faced one of them.
In the middle of the struggle, the merchant took out his weapon from the criminal and fired several shots that hit the second accomplice, who fell dead next to the truck.
Always based on the testimonies collected so far by the investigators, in the midst of this situation,
the other two criminals fled
, and these bullets apparently hit the baker's truck, who was unharmed, as was his son.
While the assailant who had been involved in a fight with the baker, after being disarmed, was beaten by local residents, several of them shopkeepers located on the same block, the informants said.
According to a video recorded by an eyewitness and disseminated on the social network Twitter, this criminal was lying on the ground, while he was insulted and kicked before the officers from the Rafael Castillo police station arrived and detained him.
"Stand alone!" Exclaimed one of the neighbors, among whom was heard shouting
"break his head!"
and "son of a p ?!"

In the same video, the body of the deceased criminal was also seen lying down, who, according to the experts later determined, was carrying
a prop weapon.
"Well done!" Exclaimed another of those present, always according to this home video.
The sources indicated that the detainee and the deceased, both 17 years old and from the nearby town of Saint Petersburg,
had criminal records
and that a long 32 caliber revolver was also seized at the crime scene, with which the baker defended himself assault and was left in the back seat of the truck.
Meanwhile, the other two accomplices escaped in the Chevrolet without specifying the robbery.
What happened is investigated by the prosecutor Emilio Spatafora, of the La Matanza Juvenile Responsibility Penal Court, who
did not adopt any restrictive measure of freedom for the
assaulted
merchant
, considering, for the time being, that he acted in his legitimate defense.
The prosecutor planned to investigate the detained suspect in the next few hours, while awaiting the results of a series of expert opinions and the analysis of security camera images in order to confirm the sequence of the event.
The sources added that once he receives this information, and other information of interest to the cause, he will summon the baker to testify.
