The wife of former soccer player
José Sanfilippo
reported that
a group of eight criminals entered her apartment in the Caballito neighborhood
from where they stole a sum of money from a safe,
as well as jewelery and valuables.
The fact that was known this Tuesday occurred last Saturday in the building located on Pedro Goyena avenue at 1000, when the couple was not at home.
María del Carmen Parra, wife of the former player of San Lorenzo and the national team, José Francisco Sanfilippo, told some details of what happened.
Upon arriving home, the woman observed a great disorder and the lack of a personal computer, a cell phone, a Benetton suitcase and 90 thousand pesos in cash and several jewels and
medals that the athlete had obtained during his career and that he had stored in a safe.
According to the woman,
two days ago she had lost a set of keys to her home with which the criminals entered.
"When we entered we saw a total disorder. There was nothing left,
they took everything.
The closet was emptied, the desk too. They checked everything, they had all the time in the world," he said and added that the criminals were,
according to the security cameras, from 7:20 p.m. to 9:29 p.m.
"
They even gave themselves the luxury of leaving a copy of our keys on the table
. Surely they forgot it, but they had several games," he added in a dialogue with the TN channel.
When asked about the objects that were stolen, María del Carmen said that they were things with high sentimental value: "I had gold things that belonged to my family. José had a special gold medal that Juan Perón had given him. Also a ring that he had bought himself at age 18. They are emotional things. "
Meanwhile, investigators are trying to establish how many criminals entered the house through the review of security cameras in the building and in the area,
although the victim says that there were at least eight who entered the apartment.
"We are afraid, we live it with great anguish. One of our children who lives in Europe told us to go live there and we evaluate it. Here the criminals are free and the good ones have to live locked up, it is not fair," he said.
In the case, the National Criminal and Correctional Prosecutor's Office intervenes 60.
