From Sunday, the economy is expected to operate as part of the green label for the first time, with certain activities being open only to vaccinators and recoverers.
This is subject to final approval of regulations by the government.
How will it work?

Which places can only vaccinated and recovering people enter?
Gyms and studios, cultural and sports events, exhibitions, prayer houses (pre-registration, to choose the prayer house), hotels (without dining rooms, with an option for those who have a negative test under the age of 16) and swimming pools.
We are vaccinated or recovering. What will we need to show, at the entrance to a place where entry is restricted?
The main tool that will allow entry will be the traffic light app - a new app that will be launched by the end of this week, with a function that allows you to issue a personal green sign, which contains a barcode that is difficult to forge.
The character can be displayed on the mobile phone at the entrance to the places without having to print it.
Other options are by printing the vaccine certificate, a certificate that includes a barcode, which appears on the websites of the HMOs or the Ministry of Health, and presenting it.
Another option is to present the vaccinator's certificate from the HMOs' sites or the Ministry of Health on the mobile phone.
All documents will be displayed next to an ID card.
How can business owners make sure that anyone who enters is vaccinated?
Business owners will not have to purchase special equipment such as a scanner.
Place owners will need to use a separate category designed for them in the traffic light app, which will have a scanner that can scan the vaccinator's certificates - both in the app that the entrants will display and printed certificates.
What is the traffic light app?
The app that will be launched soon contains a lot of information such as behavioral guidelines, morbidity data, information about the color of the traffic light in the city where you are and even options to volunteer on issues related to Corona.
The app has a "green character production" function.
After the selection, a short identification procedure is required, after which the system retrieves the data of the vaccinated or vaccinated woman from the Ministry of Health and produces the vaccinated or recovering certificate.
Is there a fear that the widget will crash due to load or fakes?
At the moment it seems that it will be able to handle multiple downloads, but there is a congested concern if tens of thousands will perform the identification process at the same time, which is expected to happen as long as the app launch is delayed.
Magen Israel points out that a simple forgery of the vaccinator's certificate itself may be possible, even though the barcode itself is difficult to forge, and without scanning the barcode it will not be possible to enter these places.
How will the new green label guidelines be enforced?
Regulations on the subject are currently being written, which will be submitted for government approval.
They are expected to be similar to other regulations governing the operation of businesses, such as regulations regarding purple marking and restriction of occupancy, which will also include sanctions such as fines that will be imposed on those who do not comply with the regulations.
The sanctions will be determined by regulations.
The inspection is expected to be done by the police and the municipal inspection.
Business owners will be required to place a sign at the entrance to the business stating "Here work in green" and will be required not to bring in people who do not meet the conditions.
What about the entry of children and adolescents or of people who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons?
In the first phase, the green label layout will not be opened for children and youth for fear that the testing system may collapse due to demand.
It may later be possible to open part of the outline for children and adolescents as well, subject to the use of rapid tests, and if the morbidity load and the load on the laboratories are reduced.
Excluded from the outline of the hotel sector, where families where the parents are vaccinated or recovering and the children have been tested or recovered can go there.
For rare cases of people suffering from an acute allergy to drugs, who should not be vaccinated, or for other medical reasons, it will be possible to get an indication in the app - and provided the transparent hospital confirmed that the person actually belongs to a small population group who can not be vaccinated for medical reasons.
However, it has not yet been defined in the regulations if and how these people will be able to enter places within the green label.
