To celebrate World Theater Day, Tawazun dance theater studio presented "Reflections" on the stage of the National Theater in Tartous.

The director of the work, Issa Saleh and founder of Tawazun Studio, stated in a statement by Lisa that his work falls under the art of contemporary dramatic dynamic theater, in his paintings, over a continuous 45 minutes, he simulates the issues of fear of various issues from which we all suffer, translating the saying "When fear ends, life begins."

Saleh, who is a graduate of the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts in 2011, indicated that the show mixes between dancing paintings and the songs of Umm Kulthum so that the audience can imagine the location of the story or event, given that these songs are present in every time and place, indicating that the first public show of his theatrical work is reflections of a breakthrough towards the audience and towards what Tawazun has aspired to reach it, since its establishment in 2013, in spreading the culture of dance theater.

Baraa Saleh, one of the founders of Tawazun Studio, saw that there are promising young energies and talents in the field of dance theater, but she did not receive enough attention and support to take her to the world, hoping that Tawazun can encourage these talents to enter this field to advance this art.

Artist Louay Watafa found that the show simulates social issues in a philosophical way, in order to connect some realistic topics in order to draw attention to them and correct misconceptions, hoping that "balance" will be the first step in developing the artistic mentality of society, parents and the public and making change towards a serious start.

As for Zina Ibrahim, a student in the first grade of secondary school, who joined the group about three years ago, she explained that her love for theater since childhood has pushed her to follow-up and training with the support of parents, noting the idea of work that talks about fear in a new way and from several aspects such as fear of love, death, society, connection and others in order to overcome these negative feelings .

Among the audience, Mahmoud Hassan, Maha Abdullah and Suzan Khoury saw that the show, although it was a bit strange, is worth following up to know the aspirations of the young generation and directing them in the right direction, especially as it dealt with realistic issues in a bold manner that we have not known before so that each generation defines its ideas and a more conscious lifestyle. And an evolution from its predecessor.
