A senior PAMI official in Posadas and a La Cámpora activist has been wanted by the Misiones Police for several days.
The man was denounced for rape by an employee of a cleaning company that is responsible for cleaning the building where the social work for retirees operates.
The accusation falls on Rodolfo Antonio Barreto (37), who in the middle of last year was appointed as head of the Human Resources team of the Posadas delegation, on Salta street at 1700. The now fugitive is politically linked to the national deputy for Misiones and reference of La Cámpora, Cristina Brítez.
The attack occurred more than two weeks ago, but it was only denounced on Thursday of last week when the victim appeared at the Women's Police Station and recounted the sexual assault he suffered by Barreto.
The 23-year-old is an employee of a cleaning company that had been hired by PAMI.
Usually he carried out his work at dusk, when the hours of attention to the affiliates of the social work ended.

He always warned her not to make noise because it could put her out of work.
Regarding the sexual attack, he said that at the beginning of August, the man approached him and asked him to go and clean his office, which is on the third floor of the building, a place reserved for senior PAMI staff.
As soon as the young woman entered the door, the official locked it.
"He
began to grope me and I try to get out,
" he said in his complaint.
Barreto took her by the arms with force, lowered her uniform and raped her.
The victim said that he was making fun of her at all times.
"He
told me it was a quickie,
" he added.
Barely able, the employee fled the office in shock.
Calvary of the victim
The woman no longer returned to provide services at the PAMI headquarters, but in her complaint she did not clarify whether it was because she resigned her position or because she was transferred from the company.
In the last hours, she starred in a suicide attempt and the Justice ordered that an interdisciplinary team treat her.
From the Court of Instruction No. 1 of Posadas, in charge of Marcelo Cardozo, they
ordered the arrest of Barreto
.
The man was not found at home and since last week he has not reported to work at PAMI.
Sources linked to the case said that the defendant presented through a lawyer a request for exemption from prison, which will be rejected by Cardozo in the next few hours.
Although it is the most serious crime that Barreto has been charged with since his arrival at the Posadas PAMI,
a few months ago he had pushed a local journalist
who wanted to interview his political leader, Congresswoman Brítez.
In addition, he has an open case for threats and another for resistance to authority.
PAMI employees recognized that the relationship with the now fugitive was bad due to his arrogant and violent character.
