First vaccination, second vaccination, booster vaccination: Are the vaccination capacities in the district sufficient?
The district office is currently examining this.
Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen - Federal Minister of Health Jens Spahn calls for the vaccination centers to be reopened, especially in order to make faster progress with the booster vaccinations.
Many districts had just closed their centers.
The Tölz center near the Asklepios city clinic has also been closed since the end of September.
This is not a problem, unlike in many surrounding districts, Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen had two locations from the start.
And the center on Wolfratshauser Gebhardtstrasse is still in operation.
Syringes are given there from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The district's vaccination bus is in a different municipality almost every day
There is also the vaccination bus, which is in principle every day in a different municipality in the district (dates).
You can also get vaccinated with the mobile team without prior notice.
There are currently no plans to resume operations in Bad Tölz
Whether these capacities are sufficient is currently being checked, says Michael Heigl from the district office's press office.
“There are currently no plans to resume operations in Bad Tölz.” That could change if the Bavarian state government sets clear guidelines on the vaccination capacities that a district has to maintain per day.
“We just don't know that at the moment,” says Heigl.
If the worst comes to the worst, it could also be a challenge to find enough staff to be able to significantly increase capacities again.
The vaccinations are currently only progressing slowly.
In general, vaccinations in the district (around 128,000 inhabitants) have been progressing quite slowly for some time.
Since October 25, just 150 first vaccinations have been reported from doctors' practices.
In the vaccination center there were 200 in the same period. A total of 73,300 people have so far been vaccinated in the vaccination center and in the doctor's offices.
There were also 72,600 second vaccinations.
So far, 2,400 citizens have received a booster vaccination.
