Thousands of people demonstrated in the Austrian capital Vienna today against the restrictions imposed by the government against the backdrop of the Corona pandemic.
Austrian media reported that the squares of Vienna witnessed gatherings of protesters against the restrictions of Corona, who also demanded the cessation of compulsory vaccination campaigns and the resignation of the government.
On the 22nd of November, the Austrian authorities imposed a new general closure due to Corona, which ends tomorrow, Sunday, for those receiving the vaccine and those recovering from Covid 19, but it remains in effect for those who are not vaccinated.
It is expected that on February 1, a law requiring compulsory vaccination of all Austrians over the age of 14 will enter into force, and non-compliance will be punished with a fine of 3.6 thousand euros.
