The HBO network released this weekend the promo for a new series that will air soon ("Winning Time") that will deal with the Los Angeles Lakers of the 80s under owner Jerry Bass.
"There are two things in this world that make me believe in God - sex and basketball," Bass says in a teaser released by the television network, which will try to recreate the Lakers' memorable lineage.

As you may recall, the casting was announced two months ago: the legendary coach Pat Riley, who won four championships with Magic Johnson and Karim Abdul-Jabbar, was chosen to play Adrian Brody, who won the best actor award for the unforgettable "pianist".
Jerry Bass, the late Lakers owner who passed away in 2013, will be played by John C. Riley.
Actor Quincy Isaiah was chosen for the role of the team leader, Magic Johnson.
It should be noted that the series, which aired as early as December 2019, will document the professional and personal lives of the Los Angeles Lakers players, one of the most revered and dominant dynasties in American sports.
