White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan announced his country's readiness to dialogue with Russia about its security proposals.
Reuters quoted Sullivan as saying at an event for the US Council on Foreign Relations today that "Washington will also put its concerns on the table."
Earlier today, the Russian Foreign Ministry revealed proposals it submitted to the United States regarding the establishment of a system of security guarantees to reduce military tensions in Europe, against the backdrop of the escalation of tensions between Russia and NATO in recent months.
