During the last social conference of the quinquennium, which will be held this Friday avenue de Ségur, Jean Castex should announce a new budget extension to revalue the last forgotten of the “Ségur de la santé”.
The Prime Minister should extend the salary increase of 183 euros net monthly, paid to carers, to the socio-educational sector: mainly specialized educators and educator monitors, working in the sectors of disability, child protection and social intervention.
This represents 140,000 full-time equivalent jobs (FTE) in the private non-profit sector, or an amount of 720 million euros in a full year, which will be financed 70% by the State and 30% by the departments.
Added to this are 29,000 FTEs in the public sector, representing an annual amount of 120 million euros.
