The police carried out a large-scale control campaign near Holzkirchen on Friday evening and found numerous violations.
Holzkirchen
- The control on Friday evening on the B318, just before the exit towards the motorway, was carried out by the Holzkirchen police inspection together with forces from the Kreuth border police station and the central emergency services in Rosenheim.
In the course of the evening, numerous violations were identified, according to the police press report.
Ukrainians with fake driver's license
At around 7:30 p.m., a 33-year-old Ukrainian was noticed who was driving a van for a Polish company.
Upon checking his documents, it turned out that the driver's license was fake.
The Ukrainian was also unable to produce a valid driver's license.
He now faces criminal proceedings for forging documents and driving without a license.
The onward journey was prevented by the officials, and a security deposit was retained for the criminal proceedings.
Load clearly too heavy
At around 9:30 p.m., a 37-year-old Ukrainian was escorted to the checkpoint, also in a van belonging to a Polish haulage company.
The inspecting officers noticed that the load was much too heavy for the vehicle used.
A weighing revealed an overcharge of 26%.
Here, too, the onward journey was prevented and due to the traffic offense at hand, a corresponding security deposit was also withheld.
Munich (37) drunk on the go
At 10 p.m., the officials noticed a clear smell of alcohol in the car of a 37-year-old from Munich, which is why a breath alcohol test was carried out.
This resulted in a value of over 0.5 per mille, which is why a breath alcohol test that can be used in court was carried out at the office.
This confirmed the alcohol value determined on site.
The 37-year-old now faces a fine with a fine of 500 euros, two points in the traffic offender file in Flensburg and a month's driving ban.
Tölzer (20) shows drug-typical abnormalities
At around 10:45 p.m., a 20-year-old Tölzer became conspicuous in the checkpoint because he showed drug-typical abnormalities.
An on-site urine test confirmed suspicion of recent drug use.
The onward journey was stopped and a blood test ordered.
The young driver now faces a fine with a fine of 500 euros, two points in the traffic offender file in Flensburg and a month's driving ban.
