Singing and dancing variations included in the artistic ceremony held by the Russian Cultural Center in Damascus today, in cooperation with the Ministries of Culture and Education, on the occasion of the Russian National Unity Day, at the Drama Theater at Dar Al-Assad for Culture and Arts.
The Syrian Jubilee Arts teams presented a group of dance paintings inspired by the rich and diverse Russian heritage, which represents all segments of Russian society.
During the ceremony, the audience was introduced to Russian folk dances and folk songs, expressing this occasion.
The director of the Russian Cultural Center in Damascus, Nikolai Sukhov, said in a statement to reporters that the ceremony includes presenting a Russian folk dance to the Syrian public, coinciding with the Russian National Unity Day, a holiday that reminds the Russian people of the events of 1612 when Russian forces united to protect Russian society.
