40% “public housing” by 2035: does Paris have the means to match its ambitions?

“Do we want a city reserved for those who can afford it or a city where those who run it can also live?

In a question posed in the Sunday Journal of November 6, Ian Brossat (PCF), housing assistant to Anne Hidalgo (PS), summarizes well the problem facing the Town Hall.

Question to which the elected responds with an ambitious objective: to reach 40% of “public housing” in 2035 in Paris, that is to say 30% of social housing and 10% of intermediaries.
