Link Real Estate Investment Trust awarded the "Link Undergraduate Scholarship" to 220 local university students this year. Each of them received a scholarship of RMB 20,000. They come from different disciplines and backgrounds. Among them, two students from the Chinese University were awarded the scholarship for four consecutive years.

Representatives from 11 universities attended the commendation ceremony last Saturday (25th), including Duan Chongzhi, President of Chinese University, Prof. Lin Qunsheng, President of Metropolitan University, and Zhou Weili, Vice President (Teaching and Learning) of Baptist University.
Nie Yalun, Chairman of Link, said at the ceremony that "we believe that young people are the key to creating a better future". The scholarship accepts applications from students from three self-financing institutions, so for the first time, students from all 11 eligible universities have won the award .

Among the 220 awardees, Sit Ka-chun, who majored in biochemistry, and So Wing-yin, who majored in psychology, received awards for four consecutive years.
According to Link REIT, the number of scholarship applicants exceeded 2,000, a record high.
The Hong Kong Council of Social Service selected more than 300 applicants based on their academic performance and social service records, and a judging panel composed of 50 representatives from different sectors visited the Link Headquarters on November 19 last year to participate in the judging interview. Students are assessed on their performance in three areas: teamwork and communication skills, logical thinking and presentation, and community service.
Guangfang college students work multiple part-time jobs for 3 years and save up to 200,000 for public housing and HOS housing. The Innovation and Technology Scholarship commends 25 college students from the University of Hong Kong and hopes to study artificial intelligence to help predict rainstorms. The starting salary for college students is 15,000 per month. Starting next week, HKUST college students love the ocean and go to fish rafts for internships. They hope to learn fish farming technology overseas to help Hong Kong's fishery industry.
