express procedure" to enable businesses
, with which they seek to shorten times based on
totally remote management.
The
measure complements the
elimination
, last year, of various
fees and taxes
on the sector and industry, among which is the
abolition of the cost of authorizations
for businesses and companies of any size and also for vehicles used for commercial purposes .
Now, with this new express procedure, the one-year exemption from the Safety and Hygiene Tax
(TISH) and the monotax for new merchants
are added .
In addition to the economic benefit,
bureaucratic procedures
that delayed the start and opening of the premises were eliminated.
In this way, small merchants can do it from the commune's platform and
obtain authorization in 72 hours.
The first place to obtain authorization with this modality is a Pet Shop located in the town of Villa Bosch that opened its doors a few weeks ago.

The measure does not respond to any temporary exemption nor is it for a specific period, but will be in force permanently.
"It applies to all businesses of any category or size and thus we seek to continue favoring the establishment of new premises and promote the development of neighborhoods," they pronounced from the municipal networks about the measure promoted by the mayor Diego Valenzuela.
Among the most important points is the modification in the process since many of the requirements were replaced by simple sworn statements.
In turn, the industries were divided into different degrees, separating high-impact and low-impact ones, to reduce bureaucratization and simplify the process for small businesses.
The streamlining of the process and the tax reduction also seeks that already existing businesses open new branches in the Party.

Another of the benefits that the project contemplates for new businesses and industries is the elimination of the collection of the construction right in case the opening requires some building work.
In the case of vehicles that are used for commercial purposes and that are considered among those that will not have to pay authorizations are: taxis, remises, Cabify, freight, school transport, buses, ambulances and cars carrying coffins and crowns.
How is the procedure
By registering on the Mi3F portal and validating your identity with "Mi Argentina" or "Afip", you will be able to access all the procedures related to businesses, industries and municipal permits.
Once the registration is complete, the "zoning" and "qualifications" forms must be completed.
After completing the zoning form in 48 hours, a response of "approved", "rejected" or "simple with plan / special" arrives.
In the case of the last two mentions, the municipal team will communicate with the merchant through Mi3F and his personal email to follow the steps for submitting papers.
Instead, if the application was approved, you must complete the second form online.
