Unknown people have misappropriated glass containers as storage locations for their garbage bags.
The picture shows sacks full of rubbish, cardboard boxes and even dishes that were placed around the containers.
An absurdity for the author of the tweet.
Depending on the district, the level and intensity of the pollution caused by rubbish on the streets varies.
