The most inventive: Cancan

The place.

The covered terrace, with 40 seats in winter and 60 in summer, sets the tone.

Here, conviviality rhymes with reality.

The door pushed open, it's a cozy spirit with subdued lighting that invites you to take your time.

The copper bar is a must.

At the head of this place, the very friendly Frank Ponseel accompanied by Alexandre Davigaux in the kitchen.

The plate.

The star of the place (which represents 60% of sales of hot dishes) is a smoked entrecôte under a bell jar with thyme, hay and rosemary in front of the customer.

A theatrical staging arousing curiosity that the tasting in no way spoils.

For dessert, it's hard to resist the chocolate crater: the Normandy terroir is in the spotlight with cream, butter, yogurt and apple, in this composition which changes with the seasons for the fruit portion.
