Tempers are high in the Republican Party following contestant Vivek Ramswami's exclusive interview with Israel Hayom. Most of the criticism and fire is directed at his statement that "the United States will not put its citizens on the line of war with Iran."
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley, who is running in the Republican presidential race, responded Thursday evening on her Twitter account to Ramswami's remarks that Washington should not prevent Iran's nuclear armament. Ramswami said that if elected president, the United States would not use U.S. military force against Iran.

"Ramswami must have missed the fact that Iran's fanatical terrorist regime regularly calls for 'death to America.' If he doesn't see a nuclear Iran as a threat to American security, then he should take his place alongside AOC and the Squad and not approach the White House," Haley tweeted.
Former Vice President Mike Pence also attacked Republican challenger Vivek Ramswami.
