Things are going well for the bowlers at FC Seeshaupt in the 2nd division: the team scored against Poing II.

Not the first time that FCS has stood up to a top team.

Seeshaupt – This time it was a bit different for FC Seeshaupt.

For the third time in a row, the second division team had delivered a highly exciting cone comparison with their opponent.

But in contrast to the games against Weidenstetten and Schretzheim, the FC team did not leave the track as winners after the duel with SKK Poing II - there was "only" a 4:4.

But there was no sign of disappointment among the Seeshaupt women.

"The division of points suited the course of the game," said club spokeswoman Rosi Daldos.

For the second time in a row, Seeshaupt scored against a top team from the 2nd Bundesliga South.

The SKK Poing II arrived as table leader.

After the draw (and the parallel victory of BC Schretzheim), the team from the district of Ebersberg is second.

FC Seeshaupt has established itself in the midfield - with 8:10 points he is fifth.

In the encounter at the Seeshaupter facility, the hosts won four out of six duels.

In the end, Poing was ahead in the total wood (3116:3072) and was awarded the two extra points - this results in a 4:4.

"It was an even game," said Daldos.

The sentence ratio of 12:12 is proof of this.

Showed fighting spirit: Nadine Wieser caught up from a deficit of 0:2.

Already in the starting pairings "there was excitement", reported Daldos.

Carola Waitz (527 wood/2:2 sets) and Ramona Resch (562/3:1) each won the team point, but in all sets the last throws decided who was the winner.

Ana Bacan-Schneider (525) and Sandra Gruber (557) proved to be stubborn opponents.

Waitz needed nerves of steel: In the fourth set, she won the game with the last throw (133:126) and thus the victory.

Resch had won the first three rounds and thus secured the point.

In the last round, Gruber came close again in terms of "wood numbers" with a 149:140.

FC went into the middle pairings with a seven-wood lead.

There Petra Kräh (441/0:4) had to fight;

in the end she clearly lost to Nadine Boksic (510).

Meanwhile, Nadine Wieser (514/2:2) secured the team point with great fighting spirit.

After two sets she was behind Sandra Loncarevic (503) with 0:2 and twelve wood difference.

But Wieser didn't give up and turned the game around in the following rounds.

In the end, she took an additional eleven wood from her opponent.

All in all it was 3:3 before the final pairings.

The Seeshaupt women tried everything and in the meantime reduced the deficit from 51 to 30 wood.

But the big turnaround in the game didn't succeed.

Similar to Wieser, Petra Heinfling (495/2:2) started to catch up, but ultimately lost to Sarah Haslbeck (508).

Manuela Seitz (533/3:1) won against Barbara Schmidbauer (513).

In the third set she cleared the team point with 145:142.
