A great start for Israel at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships that began today (Wednesday) in Baku, after the girls' team won the gold medal.
The Blue and White scored 31.1 points in the ball drill qualifying and 30.5 points in the rope qualifying and finished at the top of the podium with a total of 61.6 points, ahead of Bulgaria and host Azerbaijan.

The team also qualified for the finals of both exercises. The gymnasts on the team are: Meital Sumkin, Noya Fairman, Ksenia Kulik, Anat Schneider, Elinor Gratz, Shelly Algay and Yuval Shulman.
