(ANSA) - BOLOGNA, DECEMBER 18 - Luciano Ravaglia, the owner of the 'ilFornello' family home in San Benedetto Val di Sambro, on the Apenninobolognese, was convicted of six years and 8 years, accused along with his wife and two collaborators of ill-treatment against of some elders who were found in the structure. The decision came from the investigating judge, Domenico Truppa, who at the end of the abbreviated sentence sentenced her wife Monica Torri to 3 years and 4 months. For Ravaglia, also accused of two episodes of sexual violation, the judge also established a ban on public offices for a period of 5 years, as well as for lamoglie. While for the 53-year-old, under house arrest, perpetual interdiction was ruled out from any relevant office to the guardianship, to the curatorship and to the support administration.
The two are defended by the lawyers Elisa Sforza and Pier Francesco Uselli; reparations were also made to the victims, several of whom are assisted by lawyers Chiara Rinaldi and AntonioPetroncini.
