Lebanon: Hariri is not a prime minister

Tomorrow the start of the long-awaited parliamentary consultations is expected to entrust the task to the prime minister. Hariri urged all chambers not to postpone further the start of consultations, whose start was postponed as early as 9 and 16 December last.
