A 14-year-old has hijacked a car in Lower Saxony and fled from the police at up to 140 km / h in the urban area of Celle. He drove over several red lights, the police said.
Officials stopped him early Tuesday morning. They initiated criminal proceedings against the young people for driving without a license and endangering road traffic.
